A clinical nutritionist looks at the bigger picture, not just your symptoms. This includes your diet, lifestyle, health history, medications, family history, sleep, stress, digestion, and how different body systems may influence one another.

For many clients, a few consultations are helpful. The initial consultation is about understanding the bigger picture, identifying your most pressing concerns and setting the foundations for your health plan.
We can begin supporting you from the first visit, but some changes take time. Follow-up consultations allow us to review your progress, adjust your plan and continue addressing other areas in more detail.
