1. About Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition
Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition provides personalised clinical nutrition services, including nutrition consultations, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, nutrition education, supplement review, meal planning support, and functional pathology review where appropriate.
Our services are designed to support health and wellbeing through evidence-based nutrition care. Recommendations are based on the information you provide, including your health history, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, medications, supplements, pathology results and health goals.
2. General Information Only
The information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace personalised medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a medical practitioner or other qualified healthcare provider.
While care is taken to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the content on this website may not be suitable for your individual circumstances.
3. No Emergency or Urgent Care
Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition does not provide emergency or urgent medical care.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 000 or seek immediate medical attention.
If you have urgent or concerning symptoms, please contact your GP, specialist, or another appropriate healthcare provider.
4. Scope of Services
Services are intended to provide general nutrition support, education and personalised dietary guidance. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified medical practitioner.
Our services are not appropriate for emergency or urgent medical care. If you have an urgent health concern, please contact your GP or call emergency services on 000 immediately.
Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition reserves the right to pause or end a professional relationship where the service is no longer clinically appropriate, where safety cannot be maintained, or where these Terms have been breached. Where practicable, reasonable notice and referral guidance will be provided.
5. Client Responsibility
By booking a consultation, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about your health, medical history, medications, supplements, allergies, dietary intake and relevant pathology results.
You are responsible for informing Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition of any changes to your health, medications, supplements, pregnancy status, allergies, medical diagnoses or treatment plan.
6. Bookings and Payments
Appointments must be booked through the approved booking system, by email, or by another method agreed by Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition.
Payment is required to confirm your appointment, unless otherwise arranged in writing. If paying by bank transfer, an invoice will be emailed after booking and payment must be received before your consultation.
Fees are listed on the website or booking page and may be updated from time to time. The fee that applies will be the fee displayed or agreed at the time of booking.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition understands that unexpected situations can occur. However, late cancellations and missed appointments affect the ability to offer that appointment time to another client.
The following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice may be made without a cancellation fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the consultation fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may incur the full consultation fee.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your consultation may be shortened or treated as a missed appointment, at the discretion of Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition.
Where there are genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition as soon as possible.
8. Refunds
Fees for completed consultations are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, failure to attend, or failure to provide the required notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Prepaid services and packages are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Telehealth Consultations
Online consultations are available Australia-wide where appropriate.
For telehealth appointments, you are responsible for ensuring that you have:
a stable internet connection
a private and safe space for the consultation
a working camera and microphone if using video
access to any relevant documents, pathology results, medication lists or supplement details
You must not attend a telehealth consultation while driving or in any situation where your safety or privacy is compromised.
Telehealth consultations must not be recorded without prior written consent from Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition.
If you are unable to connect to the consultation within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or missed appointment.
10. Treatment Plans, Supplements and Pathology Review
Any treatment plan, nutrition advice, supplement recommendation, meal guidance, functional pathology review or educational material provided is based on the information available at the time of consultation.
Recommendations are personalised and may need to be adjusted if your symptoms, health status, medications, supplements, pathology results, dietary intake or personal circumstances change.
Supplements may be recommended where clinically appropriate, but you are not required to purchase or take supplements unless you choose to do so. You should inform Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition of all medications, supplements and health conditions before starting any recommended supplement.
Pathology results may be reviewed from a nutritional and functional health perspective. This does not replace medical diagnosis, medical interpretation or medical treatment.
Treatment plans and recommendations are intended for the client they are prepared for and should not be shared or used by another person.
11. Privacy and Confidentiality
Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition respects your privacy and handles your personal and health information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Personal and health information may be collected for the purpose of providing nutrition services, managing appointments, processing payments, communicating with you, and maintaining clinical records.
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law or where there is a serious risk to your health or safety, or the health or safety of another person.

12. Email and Communication
Email and online communication may be used for appointment information, treatment plan delivery, follow-up questions and general communication.
While reasonable care is taken, email and online communication may not always be secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information by email unless you are comfortable doing so.
Lemon Tree Clinical Nutrition aims to respond to emails within a reasonable timeframe. Email communication is not suitable for urgent medical concerns.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.

there is abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour
payment has not been made
continuing care would not be safe or clinically appropriate
Where appropriate, you may be referred to another healthcare provider.
